I am personally not aware of any special tax breaks for small business owners that relate to women ownership.  You don't normally find tax breaks that apply to race, ethnicity, gender, sex, etc. 

There are numerous tax breaks for small business owners in general though.  Rather than give specific examples I will just direct you to the U.S. Small Business Administration, www.sba.gov.  The website is very user friendly and offers various suggestions and information relating to tax deductions and credits available to small business owners.
