Taxpayers without a qualifying child must meet additional requirements to claim EIC, can you tell me what they are?

ANSWER

The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:

See IRC 32(c)(1)(A)(ii). You may be eligible for the EIC,

if your principal residence is in the US, for more than half

of the tax year, and you are at least age 25, and under age 65,

before the close of the tax year, and you are not claimed

as a dependent, by another taxpayer.
